Victoria Beckham’s two-ingredient breakfast features ‘biblical’ inspired carbohydrates and one of the four fruits she apparently consumes every day for glowing skin.
Researchers have argued that eating breakfast can help increase satiety, reduce daily calorie intake, and improve the quality of our diet.
And while the idea of it being the ‘most important meal of the day’ is a myth, it can help set you up for exercise, daily tasks, and work.
Beckham, 52, is one of the many famous faces who swear by eating breakfast and routinely reaches for the same one, according to reports.

Posh Spice recently shared an image of the dish that her husband, former Premier League footballer David Beckham, made for her via Instagram.
The breakfast item in question was a piece of toast in the shape of a heart with creamy mashed avocados.

“When daddy makes breakfast @davidbeckham,” she captioned the image, posted to her Instagram stories.
VB said in the past that she and her children enjoy eating slices of Organic Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Wholegrain Bread.
The carbohydrate, which contains all nine essential amino acids, is based on a biblical verse that reads: “Take also unto thee wheat, and barley, and beans, and lentils and millet, and spelt and put them in one vessel."
Meanwhile, Beckham said in a 2019 interview that she eats between three and four avocados every day to enhance her skin’s natural glow.
Charlotte Faure Green, a registered nutritionist, told Hello! Magazine that Beckham’s avocado on toast was ‘nutritionally solid’ but could leave her feeling ‘peckish’.
“Avocado delivers monounsaturated fats, fibre, potassium, folate and vitamins E and K, while the olive oil adds anti-inflammatory compounds alongside more healthy fats,” she stated.
"Sprouted grain bread is worth choosing over standard options because the sprouting process breaks down phytic acid, an antinutrient that would otherwise limit how well the body absorbs minerals like zinc, iron and magnesium.

“It also tends to produce a gentler blood sugar response than regular bread, even wholemeal, because sprouting partially breaks down the starch before it ever reaches your digestive system."
She added that she would either add eggs, smoked salmon, or pumpkin seeds with lemon juice to bulk it out a little bit.
Apparently, the fashion designer does occasionally add protein to her go-to avocado on toast breakfast.
Her friend and fellow celebrity Eva Longoria previously told MailOnline that the mother-of-four piles on egg whites.
"[Victoria] is actually easy because we eat the same breakfast. We both love egg whites and avocado. When we're together... she makes a great egg whites and avocado,” the Desperate Housewives favourite stated.

Beckham isn’t the only star who has a go-to breakfast, with actress Reese Witherspoon detailing that she drinks the same smoothie every day.
The Morning Show icon said she got the recipe from Kerry Washington after she complimented her skin at an awards show.
Two heads of romaine lettuce, spinach and coconut water are used in the smoothie, as is a whoe banana, apple, pear, and lemon.
Speaking to Hello! Magazine, Hannah Alderson, a British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine-registered nutritionist, said: "It's a simple way to increase colourful fibre, hydration, and micronutrient intake first thing in the morning, which can support gut health, energy, and skin.
"Because it uses whole fruits and leafy greens, it helps feed beneficial gut bacteria and keep you feeling fuller for longer, and it is not a juice, it's a smoothie.”
