It’s often fair to assume that the rich and the famous always indulge in extravagant dishes containing inaccessible ingredients. But that’s not quite the case for Hailey Bieber.
In fact, the 29-year-old’s daily diet is so down-to-earth that many of us are probably already eating some kind of variation of it.
There are cupboard staples like porridge for breakfast, signature salads for midday eating, and even the viral vodka pasta for dinner.
However, Bieber does include some things in her daily non-negotiables that you may not have on your radar.
Advert
This includes a particular stack of supplements and a so-called ‘dextoxifying’ health shot.
The drink Hailey Bieber starts her day with
Every morning, the Rhode founder starts her day with a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil mixed with the juice of half a lemon.

She claimed in an interview with Time that she drank the health shot to ‘coat her gut’ whilst hailing them as a ‘good detox’ method.
“It really tastes like a big gulp of salad dressing.”
Extra virgin oil is high in polyphenols, an anti-inflammatory micronutrient that can also be found in dark berries, cocoa powder, and veggies, including red onions.
Known benefits of the natural plant compound include lowering heart disease risk and improving gut health.
Studies have suggested that lemon juice may help promote weight loss and could stop kidney stones from forming.
However, Rachel Clarkson, founder of The DNA Way, has previously discredited the idea that an olive oil and lemon shot can help ‘detox’ the body.

In an interview with Living 360, she said there wasn’t enough evidence to back up the claim.
She also said: “If you’re thinking about weight maintenance or even weight loss, having a shot of olive oil in the morning may be detrimental to your progress if other fats in the day aren’t accounted for.”
If you are thinking about taking a leaf out of the model’s book, then experts have previously shared what you should look out for on all olive oil labels.
What else Hailey Bieber eats in a day
Breakfast
After drinking her olive oil shot, the mum-of-one has breakfast, followed by a coffee.
Speaking to Elle Magazine, Bieber said that her first meal of the day often consisted of: “Eggs or oatmeal, some type of healthy protein, or a smoothie.”
She famously endorsed her own viral Erewhon smoothie, the Strawberry Glaze Skin Smoothie, which blends organic ingredients including almond milk, bananas, strawberries, avocado, dates, coconut cream, strawberry glaze, and maple syrup.
The sweet drink also contains a scoop of grass-fed vanilla collagen, a spoonful of sea moss, and vanilla stevia.
She’s also previously revealed in a YouTube video that she sometimes likes to dig into a pile of pancakes like Zendaya.

Bieber’s go-to is a plate of chocolate-flavoured pancakes topped with bananas, coconut cream, and maple syrup.
Lunch
Spend a day with the businesswoman, and you’ll probably see her eating a salad for lunch.
“I love a good kale Caesar salad [but with] no croutons. That's usually one thing I leave out,” she confessed to Elle.
During her pregnancy with her and husband Justin Bieber’s son, Jack Blues, she craved ‘egg salad on top of a pickle with hot sauce’, as per The Independent.
If not a salad, then the celebrity said fish with grilled vegetables or a sandwich is her go-to.
Dinner
When nighttime swings around, the star said she doesn’t tend to steer away from the classics.
“Dinner is usually kind of along the same lines [as lunch]; some sort of vegetable, or pasta, like a gluten-free pasta,” she said.
Back in 2023, she went viral on TikTok for cooking up a batch of Gigi Hadid’s signature spicy vodka pasta for date night.

One of her key tips for making sure the dish comes out right is to add the vodka and the heavy whipping cream only when the tomato paste starts sticking to the pan.
But she’s not afraid to break the mould, having previously uploaded a video to social media of her and the ‘Baby’ hitmaker making sushi for dinner with a professional.
Last December, she shared her ‘hyperfixation’ meal with her Instagram followers.
The dish was a beef burger, but instead of the traditional bun, Bieber used sweet potato instead.

It appeared that the burger also included a slice of cheese, fresh lettuce, and was served with pickles and seasoned tomatoes on the side, as per British Vogue.
Dessert
On 29 July, Bieber uploaded an Instagram dump that informed fans she wasn’t afraid of eating sweet and salty food when it comes to dessert.
The carousel contained an image of potato chips and a jar of Nutella with the caption ‘please try this combo’.
We’re not sure if Bieber is just a fan of the original, but Nutella launched a peanut butter version earlier this year, which fans are obsessed with.
Supplements
As a self-confessed ‘huge vitamin taker’, Bieber has admitted to taking supplements every morning and night.
"I take magnesium. I take something for my cortisol to keep calm for my mood,” she said on Jake Shane’s Therapusspodcast.
“Just things that I feel like help keep everything in order. I'll take debloat vitamins, I drink teas, little elixirs. I take collagen jellies."
