Benny Blanco has exposed his wife Selena Gomez’s go-to diet, featuring early morning fast-food cravings, salad deconstructions, and a dislike for a key food group.

On a forthcoming episode of Gwyneth Paltrow’s Goop podcast, Blanco, 38, said his wife Gomez, 33, enjoys indulging in the ‘whatever is bad for you diet’.

According to the Daily Mail, which was present for the taping of the episode - due to be released in September - alongside a live audience of Goop fans, Blanco was more than happy to share the dirt on his other half's unorthodox habits, admitting she 'has the diet of a five year old child'.

Alongside enjoying ‘burgers and fries’ for dinner, the Only Murders In The Building actress apparently eats fast-food items for breakfast.

“This morning I walked in and she was eating Jack in the Box at 6:45,” he alleged.

In a prior interview with celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay, Gomez revealed her go-to Jack in the Box order was two tacos, two egg rolls, curly fries and a chicken sandwich.

After hearing Paltrow, 53, claim his spouse’s diet was ‘not Goop approved’, Blanco, whose real name is Benjamin Joseph Levin, gave Gomez a little bit of healthy eating credit.

“She will eat the s**t out of Goop,” he alleged, referring to the Iron Man star’s ‘healthy’ takeout chain, Goop Kitchen.

The latter recently expanded outside of California into New York City and serves up ‘clean takeout’ items, such as wraps, chopped salads, organic soups, turkey chilli bowls, and chicken salad summer roles.

Apparently, Gomez’s order is a Goop chicken salad. However, as she allegedly ‘doesn’t really like’ to eat fruits or vegetables, she sometimes picks out ‘everything on top of the salad' and then leaves all the lettuce and greens for him to finish.

The five-time Golden Globe nominee is also a massive fan of Taco Bell, telling Access Hollywood that she loves to order a Mexican pizza and a chalupa.

So strong is her love of the chain, that the pair even got engaged over a romantic Taco Bell spread.

"Forever begins now..." Gomez wrote on Instagram as she posted some intimate snaps from the occasion - one showing her surrounded by takeout boxes.

Blanco later admitted on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon: “She almost didn't even come. She was like, ‘I really don't feel that well. I think I'm just going to stay home today. Can't we just make up the shoot another day?' And I was like, ‘Uhh...’ I'm trying to figure out a way to do..."

He continued: "First of all, getting engaged to someone is the craziest thing in the world.

"It's like, right before you're going to tell someone you're going to be married to them forever. They're like, ‘Show me how good you can lie to me.’

“It's the hardest... She was just upset with me because the day before, I was making bad lies.”

Thankfully, it all worked out in the end, and the pair tied the knot last September.
