Sainsbury's Christmas 2026 range has arrived

Sainsbury’s has officially revealed its festive food line-up for 2026, featuring chef-inspired dishes, standout centrepieces, and jaw-dropping drinks designed for family get-togethers.

We may still be in the early days of Pumpkin Spice season, but supermarkets such as Waitrose, Marks & Spencer, and now Sainsbury’s are all looking ahead to Christmas.

The latter recently announced plans to launch an apple crumble sandwich alongside 330 other new Xmas-themed food and beverages.

Shoppers across the country will soon be able to pick up showstoppers like the free-range bronze turkey crown, Taste the Difference Discovery salmon en croute, and sticky fig-glazed gammon joint.

Starters and sides this year include: applewood smoked salmon and ready-to-cook lobster tails, a stunning pigs-in-blankets wreath, winter fox boa buns, a charcuterie and fondue platter, and mouthwatering roast potatoes cooked in goose fat.

The Sainsbury’s Christmas 2026 menu also features various meat-free mains, led by the No Turkey Crown with vegan bacon lattice and classic sage and onion stuffing.

Garlic butter, mushroom, gruyère & chestnut filo cups will also arrive in-store ahead of silly season alongside Hebridean salmon & Scottish langoustine en croûtes.

Customers can already pre-order delights including a lobster and black tiger prawn sharing cocktail and a garlic and mature cheddar camembert wreath.

Other Christmas Food to Order options include a Hebridean salmon & lobster Wellington, a salt dry-aged Welsh hill lamb leg, and a venison casserole with cranberries and root vegetables.

If it’s the sweet stuff you’re after, then Sainsbury’s has the goods for 2026, including indulgent double-chocolate mince pies.

Roasted pistachio cheesecakes and chocolate ganache tortes sit alongside sherry trifles, sticky toffee puddings, rich limoncello tiramisu, and 18-month-matured Christmas puddings.

There’s also a four-tier cheese tower weighing 1.7kg to pre-order. It’s made up of Barber's Farmhouse Mature Cheddar, Long Clawson Shropshire Blue, TTD Camembert Pays and Wensleydale & Cranberry.

In terms of beverages, expect to find Christmas pudding-flavoured cream liqueurs on shelves alongside boozy blackberry and Corsican clementine gin and a jaffa cake-flavoured rum liqueur.
