Christmas chocolate is one of the best parts of the festive season, but for those who can't eat dairy, finding a decent selection box has been nigh on impossible - until now!
There's something about opening a tub of Celebrations or Quality Street at Christmas that makes the festive season feel complete.
Whether you're fighting over the last Green Triangle or hunting through the wrappers for your favourite, it's a tradition many of us look forward to every year.
But for vegans and people who can't eat dairy due to allergies or intolerance, those familiar chocolates are off the menu.

Thankfully, one British chocolate brand is hoping to change that with a new selection box packed with plant-based versions of some much-loved classics.
Award-winning dairy-free chocolate maker The Undairy Co. has launched its Icons Selection Box, and shoppers are already getting excited.

The £18.95 box contains 280g of chocolate, featuring seven flavours inspired by the treats you'd usually find in popular Christmas chocolate tubs.
All that, and there's no dairy or gluten in sight.
The new collection has been designed to recreate the flavours and textures of some of Britain's best-loved chocolates, without using milk.
There's Original Creamy, inspired by Cadbury Dairy Milk, alongside a Speculoos Biscuit chocolate that takes inspiration from a Biscoff truffle.
Chocolate Orange offers a nod to the Christmas classic Terry's Chocolate Orange, while Honeycomb brings the familiar crunch of a Crunchie.
For those who prefer something with a softer centre, there's Gooey Cream, inspired by the Cadbury Creme Egg.
Quality Street fans haven't been forgotten either.
Hazelnut Praline takes inspiration from the famous Big Purple, while Truffle offers a dairy-free alternative to the Green Triangle.
All seven chocolates are made using the company's Original Creamy recipe, which has won Gold in the Best Chocolate category at the Free From Awards in both 2025 and 2026.
The chocolate is also made using single-origin organic Peruvian cacao, with the company developing its recipes in-house.
The festive launch has already attracted attention from chocolate lovers, particularly those who have struggled to find dairy-free alternatives to their childhood favourites.

One excited shopper simply commented: "So excited!".
Another was quick to place an order, writing: "I've never ordered something so quickly".
And a third added: "Ordered mine! Can’t wait!!"
It's easy to understand the enthusiasm, especially when so many traditional Christmas chocolates contain milk.
The Undairy Co. was founded in North Lincolnshire in 2022 by Chris Chappill, who decided to create his own chocolate after struggling to find a dairy-free alternative that tasted like the real thing.
Having developed a dairy intolerance, Chris missed the creamy texture of traditional milk chocolate and wasn't particularly impressed by the options available.
His solution was to make his own, with the ambition of creating dairy-free chocolate that could compete with the biggest names on supermarket shelves.
The company says its chocolate takes around five days to produce, from the initial ingredients to the finished, wrapped product.
Its range has since picked up several awards, including recognition for its Turkish Delight bar at the Vegan Food & Living Awards.
The Icons Selection Box is available to order now from The Undairy Co.'s website for £18.95.
While it might cost a little more than your average supermarket selection box, for anyone who's spent years missing out on their favourite Christmas chocolates, it could be a welcome addition to the festive coffee table.
