Aldi has unveiled its Christmas sandwich range for 2026, with prices starting at just £1.99, meaning shoppers can get their hands on a festive lunch without spending a fortune.
Christmas might still be a couple of months away, but supermarkets are already getting into the festive spirit.
And while some people refuse to even think about Christmas until December, others will happily tuck into a turkey and stuffing sandwich the moment they appear on shelves.
If you're in the latter camp, Aldi has some good news.

The budget supermarket has announced its festive sandwich line-up in the UK, featuring everything from pigs in blankets to turkey, cranberry sauce and a rather fancy gammon bloomer.
There are also a couple of new additions this year, including a meat-free option for anyone who fancies something different.

With the cheapest sandwiches costing less than £2, it's a fairly affordable way to get an early taste of Christmas dinner.
One of the standout additions to this year's range is the Specially Selected Honey Roast Gammon & Christmas Slaw Bloomer, priced at £2.79.
The sandwich features honey Wiltshire gammon, spiced carrot and parsnip slaw, and a drizzle of hot honey mayonnaise.
It's certainly a step up from your usual ham sandwich.
However, shoppers will have to wait a little longer to try it, as the bloomer won't be available until 26 November.
Another returning option is the Smoked Chicken & Trimmings Toastie, costing £1.99.
This one combines smoked chicken with cranberry and bacon, finished with a rich béchamel sauce.
It's designed to be toasted, making it ideal for anyone who prefers a warm lunch during the colder months.

The toastie will also arrive in stores on 26 November.
Meanwhile, Aldi's Turkey Feast Wrap is back for £2.29, packed with butter-basted shredded turkey, Lincolnshire sausages, chunky cranberry chutney and crispy onion mayonnaise.
That one lands on 5 November.
Vegetarians haven't been forgotten either, with Aldi introducing a new Festive Falafel Wrap for £2.29.
Available from 21 October, the wrap contains a spiced parsnip fritter, crispy onions, sage and onion mayonnaise, sultanas and shredded red cabbage.
It's a slightly different take on the usual festive sandwich, particularly for those who aren't keen on turkey and bacon.
There's plenty more to choose from.
Among the returning favourites is the Pigs in Blankets Sandwich, which costs £1.99.
Filled with Lincolnshire sausages and smoked bacon, it's likely to appeal to anyone who considers pigs in blankets the best part of Christmas dinner.

The Turkey Feast Sandwich is also returning for £2.49, combining British turkey breast, beechwood-smoked bacon and cranberry sauce.
Cheese lovers can pick up the Brie & Cranberry Sandwich for £2.49, featuring sliced Brie, spinach and sweet cranberry chutney.
There's also a Smoked Salmon Cream Cheese Sandwich, priced at £2.49, with smoked salmon and soft cheese flavoured with lemon and black pepper.
All four sandwiches will be available from 14 October, giving shoppers plenty of time to work their way through the range before Christmas arrives.
Aldi has confirmed that its festive sandwiches will be available throughout the Christmas period, while stocks last.
With several supermarkets already announcing their seasonal lunch offerings, there's certainly no shortage of festive food to choose from this year.
But for anyone looking to enjoy a Christmas-inspired lunch without paying premium prices, Aldi's £1.99 options could be worth a look.
If October feels a little early for Christmas sandwiches, there's always the option of waiting until December, although that does mean missing out on several weeks of pigs in blankets.
