McDonald's has announced that it is having an international menu takeover in the UK and Ireland.
The fast food behemoth has locations all over the world, and if you've ever visited McDonald's in different countries you may have noticed some changes in the menu offerings.
In India for example you might see a greater range of vegetarian options, a 'butter chicken grilled burger', and no beef options (though to be fair, beef is eaten in Southern India such as in a delicious Kerala beef fry).
But if you will no longer need to break out your passport the world to get a taste of the different offerings that McDonald's has globally.

In terms of side dishes there are the Garlic & Black Pepper McNuggets, popular in Japanese outlets of McDonald's.
For those who remember Salt 'n' Shake there the Sour Cream & Black Pepper McShaker Fries from Poland, where you have to add the seasonings to the bag and shake it up.

Then there's the Mac & Cheese Triangles from the UAE, with the fried pasta triangles served with ketchup.
Moving on to the desserts we have the Choco Caramel Pie from Indonesia and the Chocolate or Caramel Pretzel McFlurry from Malaysia.
Finally we have a drink offering, which is Sakura x Sprite from Japan, with 'sakura' meaning cherry blossom in Japanese, so expect a pink variation on Sprite!
The new menu items will be available in the UK and Ireland from 22 October.
