Food delivery app Deliveroo is launching a trial with some big changes which could be beneficial for your bank account.
How many times have you sat scrolling, wishing you could request things from multiple places in just one order?
Maybe one of you wants a curry, while the other has their heart set on pizza.
Or perhaps you're treating yourself to a takeaway, but the cupboards are bare and it would be great to order some essentials for breakfast the next day at the same time?

This new pilot test will make that a reality, as Deliveroo attempts to take on the high street for convenience.
This trial will allow you to shop from up to three grocery or retail stores in one order - and the best part is, you won't have to pay any extra for a delivery fee.

Deliveroo hopes this new change will 'simulate' a trip to the shops without you needing to leave the comfort of your sofa.
The trial is being rolled out to customers across the UK and Ireland who use Deliveroo for grocery shopping.
Suzy McClintock is the vice president of consumer and new verticals at Deliveroo, and she said: “We want to emulate a trip to the shops on your local high street through the ability to order from multiple stores in a single order.
“Whether that be your local supermarket, butchers or bakers, through to your pharmacy, or florist, grocery customers can fulfill different needs in a single order, for no extra delivery cost.”
They said they are also extending and improving their 'top up' feature.
This function gives customers a ten minute window after they hit checkout to add in items from a nearby shop or supermarket on top of their restaurant order.

They will now be adding other restaurants to the 'top up' mode.
This means once you've placed an order, for example for a pizza, the 'top up' option would pop up meaning you can add a meal from another restaurant onto the same order.
Deliveroo reported a 20% jump in the amount being spent on orders in the first year.
Miki Kuusi from the firm told The Times that Deliveroo 'hasn’t grown this fast since Covid' and said they are scrambling to get enough riders to keep up with orders.
“People still want to have this treat and want to have this convenience, even when times are tougher," he said.
The firm has also announced they will be launching a trial in London which will allow diners to make restaurant reservations through the app, if they fancy going out to eat instead.
With a click of a button, the Deliveroo Restaurants feature will show real-time availability and will let customers book a table for groups of up to eight people.
