Tommy Fury’s boxing bout against retired strongman Eddie Hall is looming ever closer, with the fighter currently ‘locked in’ to an old-school-style training camp with his father, John, as per reports.
Preparations for the fight, which takes place in Manchester on 13 June, are currently underway, with the 27-year-old even forgoing his niece Venezuela Fury’s wedding over the weekend to remain focused, according to the star’s representatives.
Although details of his sure-to-be strict diet have yet to be revealed, Fury has previously given insight into a day on a bulking athlete’s plate looks like.

Much like WWE’s Drew McIntyre and his brother, Tyson Fury, the father-of-one isn’t afraid of fuelling his physique with a calorie surplus.
Back in August 2023, he lifted the lid on exactly what he is likely to eat before heading into the ring in a video with bodybuilder and former long and triple jumper Matthew Morsia, 40.

The YouTuber met up with Fury for a stellar day of bulk eating and shared a clip, titled ‘I at Tommy Fury’s Bulking Diet *6,000 CALORIES’, on the platform afterwards.
It saw the pair spending the full day together while consuming breakfast, a fast-food lunch, and enjoying a red meat-heavy evening meal.
Breakfast - 1,853 calories
A so-called ‘Boss Breakfast’, featuring two sausages, scrambled egg whites, fried mushrooms, baked beans, hash browns, and two slices of brown toast with tomato ketchup came in at 1,079 calories.

Fury ordered two extra slices of brown toast (333 calories) on the side followed by a 774 calorie portion of homemade American pancakes smothered in vanilla yoghurt, maple syrup and blueberries.
The pair drank what appeared to be orange juice and a latte, with the total calories apparently coming in at 1,853, as per the video.
Lunch - 2,892 calories
Following a dinnertime trip to the Gymshark HQ gym, Fury and the Gladiators favourite tucked in to a Five Guys takeaway.
Back in 2023, the reality TV favourite revealed his go-to order - two cheeseburgers, fries and two milkshakes - in a 48-hours in Milan YouTube vlog.

Fast forward three years, and the order hadn’t changed too much, with Fury opting for:
- A cheeseburger with grilled onions, mushrooms, mayonnaise, ketchup (996 calories)
- A small portion of fries, of which Five Guys UK staff are never afraid to bulk up (659 calories)
- A milkshake with Reeses, vanilla, salted caramel, and Lotus Biscoff (1,237 calories)
Fans seemingly had a lot to say about the pair’s Five Guys feast, with one YouTuber typing: “Eating mushrooms on buger is crazy.”
Another replied: “Five Guys: which milkshake would you like? Tommy: yes.”
The meal was washed down with a bottle of Coke Zero and a Nocco Focus energy drink, bringing the total to around 2,892 calories, according to Morsia’s estimate.
Dinner - 1,482 calories

Following a second gym session, Fury and his new pal went to a local Miller & Carter restaurant for their evening meal.
The former Love island star opted for an 8 oz medium-rare fillet steak (521 calories) with bearnaise sauce.
It was served alongside a portion of sweet potato fries (419 calories), a fried onion (171 calories), and a punnet of sautéed greens (248 calories).
Despite asking for ‘five glasses of wine’ the pair drank bottled water instead (zero calories).
