Sandra Bullock is back in action in Practical Magic 2 as Sally Owens, a cursed witch whose on-screen sister just happens to be Aussie actress and Babygirl star Nicole Kidman.
Joining the 62-year-old in the fantasy revival are Game of Thrones’ Maisie Williams, Joey King, and Lee Pace, who is starring as Sally’s love interest, Ian Wright.
Previously hailed as the world’s highest-paid actress between 2010 and 2014, Bullock has appeared in everything from Ocean’s 8 to Bird Box and The Blind Side, with the latter earning her an Academy Award.
As well as starring in blockbusters, the Virginia-born icon—often dubbed ‘America’s sweetheart'—is the founder of the production company Fortis Films, is a fan of working out, and is known to indulge in a bizarre cheat day meal every so often.

How Sandra Bullock structures a cheat day
In a 2009 interview with InStyle, the Miss Congeniality icon said she observes the practice of having a ‘weekly cheat day’ that starts on Friday night and ends the following evening.
“This allows me to indulge in whatever I want for 24 hours, including dark chocolate with bacon in it, raw cookie dough, or a doughnut."
Dark chocolate and bacon? That's certainly an unorthodox cheat meal, but maybe don't knock it 'til you've tried it...
She informed the outlet that on a Thursday night, she is likely to choose a healthier option, such as brown rice, and black beans and some steamed vegetables.
Then on a Friday, she knows she’s going to have ‘all kinds of good stuff!’
She’s a former Zone Diet follower
Bullock apparently once followed a meal plan developed by Dr Barry Sears.
Known as the famed ‘Zone diet’, it aids weight loss by balancing proteins and carbs in a 3:4 ratio.

Each meal must be less than 500 calories and contain 40 percent carbs, 30 percent fat, and 30 percent protein.
Salty, processed foods and saturated fats are banned from the Zone diet.
Dietitian Juliette Kellow has previously described the celebrity-friendly eating plan as ‘undoubtedly hard work’.
“In my opinion [it] turns mealtimes into a chore rather than a pleasure,” she wrote via Weight Loss Resources.
“Trying to get your head around blocks of carbohydrate, protein and fat after a busy day in the office or with the children is just not feasible! And I certainly don’t believe in weighing and measuring every single ingredient before preparing it,” she continued.
“Ultimately, the diet is low in calories and this is why it results in weight loss. However, there are far easier and more pleasurable ways to lower your calorie intake – healthy eating with smaller portion sizes, for example!”
She once used a meal prep service

The Lost City star has apparently been known to rely on an LA-based food delivery service, as per Pop Sugar.
It’s understood that the prep service may help with portion control, provide the actress with various gluten-free and sugar-free foods, and help keep her on track.
Her core meals reportedly feature free-range turkey and hormone-free chicken, fibre-rich whole grains, and healthy fats, such as avocados and nuts.
Other celebrities who have used meal prep services in the past include Serena Williams and former Pop Idol star Chris Daughtry.
Sandra Bullock’s go-to sandwich
During The Colbert Questionert segment on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, the mother of two revealed her go-to sandwich order was a classic Bacon Lettuce and Tomato (BLT).
She said that she prefers a single layer of tomato in her grab-and-go option, and that makers should go heavy on the protein and lettuce.
Funnily enough, Bullock’s Practical Magic co-star Kidman is also a fan of a tomato-based sandwich.
She informed Colbert that she loved a tomato-and-cheese toastie.
