All we want for Christmas is a Mariah Carey cocktail, and it looks like we're in luck.
The Queen of Christmas is bringing her festive pop-up bars back for 2026, and this time, UK fans can get involved without having to book a flight across the Atlantic.
Mariah Carey's Holiday Bar is expanding to eight cities this year, with London becoming its first location outside the US.
The Christmas-themed cocktail experience will open at The O2 in London on 19 November, bringing plenty of sparkle, festive drinks and Mariah-inspired decorations to the capital.

It's the third year of the pop-up, which has proved popular with fans of the singer and her Christmas anthem, 'All I Want for Christmas Is You'.
Given that the song is pretty much unavoidable from November onwards, a whole bar dedicated to Mariah seems like the natural next step.

The experience is being organised in partnership with events platform Bucket Listers and promises to give visitors a proper taste of Mariah's glamorous Christmas celebrations.
Expect wall-to-wall festive decorations, interactive photo opportunities, themed installations and exclusive merchandise.
There will also be an upgraded 'Queen of Christmas' tribute, a Santa's sleigh photo opportunity and recreations of some of the singer's famous album backdrops.

But, perhaps most importantly, there will be cocktails.
The drinks menu will feature Mariah's own Black Irish cream liqueur brand, which comes in Original Irish Cream, Salted Caramel and White Chocolate flavours.
Among the festive creations on offer are the Make My Wish Come True, MC Toasted Tini and Imperfect Angel, all inspired by the singer.
Other drinks highlighted by organisers include a signature espresso martini with a candy cane rim and a white chocolate martini topped with candyfloss and glitter.
So, if you're partial to a sweet cocktail and a bit of Christmas excess, this could be right up your street.
Speaking about the bars in a statement shared with PEOPLE, Mariah said: "The holidays are my favourite time of year, and I love finding new ways to share the magic with my fans."

She added: "This year, we're making my holiday bars even more fabulous and bringing the celebration to more cities than ever before!"
As well as London, the festive experience will be popping up in seven American cities: Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, New York and San Diego.
All eight locations are scheduled to launch on 19 November, doubling the number of cities involved compared with last year's event.
The London opening also comes just ahead of Mariah's Christmas tour, which includes a performance at The O2 on 30 November.
The singer first launched her festive bars in 2024, working with Virgin Hotels and Bucket Listers to celebrate the 30th anniversary of 'All I Want for Christmas Is You'.
Those early pop-ups included dedicated stations where fans could write letters to Mariah, themed cocktails and regular plays of her biggest Christmas hit.
Last year's bars appeared in New York, Los Angeles, Las Vegas and Miami.
With the experience now heading to the UK, British fans finally have the chance to see what all the fuss is about.
Tickets and reservations are being handled through Bucket Listers, with city-specific waiting lists available for anyone wanting updates on bookings.
Prices for the 2026 experience have yet to be confirmed, so it's worth checking the official website before making plans.
While Mariah herself isn't confirmed to make an appearance, there's likely to be more than enough Christmas cheer to keep fans entertained.
