It's not really autumn until you've had your first Pumpkin Spice Latte from Starbucks.
Nothing heralds the arrival of spooky season quite like that combination of nutmeg, cinnamon and coffee in a cup, whether iced or hot, and they have been a fan favourite since their launch in 2003.
However, many Starbucks fans have been shocked by the price increases for 2025.
A tall, hot PSL starts at around £4.90, while the largest size, a venti, will cost £5.85. To have them iced would be £4.95 and £5.90 respectively.
Meanwhile, a venti pumpkin spice frappuccino will set you back around £6.50 (by comparison, in 2024 a tall hot pumpkin spice latte cost £4.65 - eek).
With that in mind, it's no surprise fans have found a clever solution that will save them up to £5 a cup.

How to get an official Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte for 70p a cup
Fans are instead turning to Amazon, where they can buy their own Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte pods to make their own at home for a fraction of the cost. Even better, they're on sale right now, with 72 Dolce Gusto pods on offer for £24.99 (reduced from £28.50).
That works out at just 70p a cup, as you use one coffee pod and one flavoured creamer pod per drink.
That's a huge saving when compared to even the cheapest price of £4.90 to buy one from a Starbucks store.
But are they as good as the real thing? Well yes, according to shoppers.
One happy customer wrote: "These Starbucks pumpkin spice latte pods for my Dolce Gusto machine are a delightful way to welcome the autumn season."

They added, "While it's not quite the same as getting a handcrafted latte from a Starbucks café, it's a convenient and delicious alternative for enjoying that iconic fall flavour at home.
"The only downside is that it's a limited edition, so I'll have to stock up before they disappear for the season!" they finished.
Another wrote: "Absolutely lovely!".

The description of the pods reads: "This dark roast beverage radiates with creamy and spicy flavours of pumpkin with cinnamon and nutmeg. It’s made using 100% Arabica coffee beans and inspired by the STARBUCKS café experience you love."
"I only feel like autumn is really here when I start seeing pumpkin spice," wrote another reviewer.
"Starbucks always makes the best one and now it's available at home. It's not really a proper replacement for the one from the shop but it's a really good attempt. You get absolutely loads of pods in this bulk pack," they praised.
You can buy your own below and get that pumpkin taste without breaking the bank this autumn by making your own.
You could even make it iced at home, too.
