An employee at Domino's has shared a reason you should avoid getting the cookies from the menu when ordering online.
The hugely popular pizza franchise has become a staple of the Saturday night takeaway, or indeed the late night food after getting back from the pub.
Everyone has their preference on the build your own option - pepperoni, red onions, jalepeños, chorizo, and a big tub of the garlic and herb dip for me.
But while the outlet is known for its deals, a Domino's employee has shared why you should never order the cookies from the main menu.

And to be clear, it's not because the cookies aren't worth ordering at all, but there's a trick.
So what is it?

It's all to do with cost.

If you order the cookies from the main online menu they are priced at £4.99, but there's a special trick where you can get them for a bit less.
Taking to social media in a Reddit thread inviting people to ask them anything as a Domino's employee, they wrote: "Pro tip. Don't order the cookies online in your order, when you go through to pay they will always be down the bottom under 'Room for more?' for £2.99 instead of £4.99 that you would have paid from the front menu."
There you have it! If you manage to contain your desire for cookies until the final section of the ordering process you could end up saving yourself a couple of quid.
Of course, this may vary from location to location, but it's worth a try.

And while Domino's is a delicious treat it can be rather expensive, especially if you're not ordering on a deal.
The same thread saw one person question how accurate the Pizza Tracker is.

Anyone who has ordered from Domino's, especially after a big night out, is likely to have wiled away the time eagerly waiting for updates on their order.

The employee revealed that while it's not perfect, the tracker is 'fairly accurate'.
They explained that at each stage of preparing the order, from printing the ticket, prepping the pizza, oven, and being packaged up, there's a button which staff can hit to move it on to the next stage.
Though 'checking for quality' in reality means that it's being sliced and packaged up with the rest of your order as well as quality control.
Of course, once it's out for delivery it depends entirely on how far away you are from the Domino's, as well as traffic and suchlike, but you at least know that it's on the way.
