Chef Wolfgang Puck has shared an insight into his preparation creating over 70 dishes for the 2026 Oscars afterparty.
The 98th Oscars Awards Ceremony will take place at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles this weekend.
And while the film fanatics among us are excited to celebrate the past year's releases, the food fanatics are also gearing up to sniff out what's getting served up at the afterparty.
A whopping 1,500 celebrities are set to be catered for at the Governors Ball and '25,000 small plates' served - chef Wolfgang Puck at the helm.

The Austrian-American chef is catering the official Oscars afterparty for the 32nd time and sneaked an insight into the menu during a preview event held on 10 at Ray Dolby Ballroom.
And unsurprisingly, the feast is set to be just as lavish as the unofficial Oscars gift bags.

Puck tells Reuters he's joined in his Oscars quest by 75 savory chefs, 45 pastry chefs and 3125 front of house staff and managers.
So many hands on deck becoming very apparent, given Puck told AFP: "We make 25,000 small plates.
"[...] You can have Japanese food, you can have Austrian food, you can have always the best steak."
Puck is set to make a selection of chicken pies - with truffle included too, of course - alongside steak, macaroni and cheese and pizza too.
"Comfort food is always the people's favorite food, like our chicken pot pie, smoked salmon pizza, our macaroni and cheese or the mini Wagyu burgers," he said, as quoted by Reuters.
And given the 1,500-strong guest list, the dinner certainly isn't going to come cheap, particularly when you see Puck's list of ingredients.

Indeed, Puck estimates needing 50 pounds (22 kilograms) of black truffle - which will go inside 1,200 traditional chicken pot pies.
And then there's 30 pounds (14kg) of Kaluga caviar, 300 pounds (136kg) of house-smoked salmon, and 200 pounds of tomahawk steak too - almost giving the US Department Defense a run for its money.
Oh and make sure you save a space for sushi too, a sushi station manned by five chefs reported as being located in the venue too.
Guests can expect to wash down their meal with film-themed Don Julio tequila cocktails such as the 'Maestro Martini' and 'The Sequel'.
And there's Dassai sake and Piper-Heidsieck Champagne too of course.

If guests can even fathom the idea of pudding after all of that, there'll be an Italian gelato machine making fresh ice cream on-demand.
And if not? Well, the dessert is set to be accompanied by chocolate Oscar statues which will be sprayed with 24-karat gold by another station - two gallons of 24k liquid gold on hand.
After all, who needs the real deal anyway? P.S. Please can someone sneak me in?
