We all know that athletes can eat weird and wonderful meals, but Tyson Fury's dad John has shared a bizarre combination.
Some stars swear by rice cakes and fish, others live off protein shakes.
Not so for John Fury, who apparently has a seriously meat-heavy 'hearty' dish '3 times a day'.
It looks suitable for winter, but it doesn't seem like a dish you'd opt to eat on a lovely summer's afternoon.

Be warned, if you're squeamish, it contains a lot of organs and offal.
John himself jokes it's 'not for the faint-hearted' and what he eats for 'breakfast, dinner and tea.'
Emphasis on the 'hearty', as the rich looking stew contains lamb hearts, liver and ox tongue.
Many people wouldn't want to eat that once a day, let alone three times.

No cornflakes here!

Paris Fury shared the video on TikTok, and more than 11,000 people have liked it.
He explained, panning around to his dinner: "That's my casserole dish, it's been well used as you can see. I'm into my fourth day with this one bowl
"It's consisting of lamb hearts, liver, pickled ox tongue, broccoli, barley, red cabbage, onions, potatoes, sweet potatoes, all of the vegetables - you name it.
"They're done in boiled water. No salt, just black pepper and turmeric and there it is served up on a plate ready for eating.

"It's not for the faint-hearted, I can tell you. It's four days old and the older it is, the better it tastes. This is what John Fury lives on."
Disturbed viewers have been likening the dish to something campmates would eat for a challenge on I'm A Celebrity, where animal eyeballs and bodyparts are a regular delicacy.

"John send the recipe to Ant and dec for the jungle you’d make a few quid," one wrote, as another echoed: "John Fury for next year's I’m a Celebrity"

He's clearly not squeamish!
Other viewers were concerned by how 'burgundy' the dish was, as one cheeky commenter asked for a tutorial so they could make it and then scrape it into the bin.
Another joked "Who thinks John Fury needs to be on Celebrity Masterchef?"
Just as long as they only want him to cook one thing...
"Don't get me wrong, I love liver and onions but this is hardcore," said one replier.
Not everyone was mean though, with one person replying: "All jokes aside, as somebody who studies multiple PHDs in nutrition this is an absolute powerhouse of a meal."
We'll pass, thanks.
