King Charles III and Queen Camilla’s country house in rural England is being honoured with a range of bottlegreen cordials, with floral flavours including English rose, magnolia, and elderflower.
Head to the Cotswolds and you’ll find Jeremy Clarkson’s Diddly Squat farm and The Farmer’s Dog pub; Thyme, a luxury 17th-century hotel and spa with an on-site cookery school; and Highgrove House, the monarch’s country retreat.
Located near the market town of Tetbury in Gloucestershire, Highgrove is an 18th-century spectacle famed for its flourishing gardens, which receive more than 30,000 visitors annually.
With a wide variety of flora and fauna, the gardens, which allow visitors to ‘please the eye and sit in harmony with nature’, inspire bottlegreen’s latest range of delicious cordials.

The renowned drinks brand, with its long-standing factory in the Cotswolds, is launching its three-flavour ‘bottlegreen x Highgrove’ collection in Waitrose.

“Born out of a shared love for nature and craftsmanship, alongside a strong sense of place, the bottlegreen x Highgrovepartnership launches with a trio of elegant cordials in exquisitely illustrated bottles, all inspired by the flowers, plants and flavours of Highgrove Gardens,” a press release reads.
25p from each bottle sold will be donated to The King's Foundation, the charity founded by King Charles III as Prince of Wales, which also acts as custodian for the Gardens.
Crafted in the heart of the Cotswolds and blended with local spring water in small batches, bottlegreen’s collection uses traditional winemaking methods to create beautifully balanced flavours.
From 11 October, Waitrose shoppers can pick up new, rich versions of the iconic cordial in: Magnolia and Elderflower, English Rose and Raspberry, and Rhubarb and Ginger.

Speaking about the former, Lynne McApline, flavour expert at the brand, said: “With elderflower at the heart of so many bottlegreen drinks, we're well practised in making the most of botanical and floral ingredients, so it was easy to take inspiration from the glorious abundance of natural beauty at Highgrove for our new cordial range.
“We were delighted to find that the Gardens were also surrounded by elderflower bushes, which made it a must-have!”
The rhubarb flavour is inspired by the ‘well-tended and impressive’ patch found at Highgrove, while the King’s roses, planted in the courtyard, have also been honoured.
“We are really excited to be partnering with bottlegreen to bring the flavours of Highgrove Gardens to life in this new range of cordials,” said Scott Simpson from The King’s Foundation, Highgrove.

“As His Majesty’s nature and sustainability charity, at The King’s Foundation we are passionate about protecting our environment, providing access to nature, and sharing the beauty of Highgrove Gardens with a public audience.”
Simpson added that he and the wider team ‘look forward to everyone enjoying these drinks’ and hopes the Waitrose-exclusive will ‘transport customers to the gardens, and perhaps encourage them to visit’.
