Victoria Beckham responds to Becks outing her daily meal routine

After David Beckham’s revelation that wife Victoria has eaten the same meal for over 25 years, Posh has come out to set the record straight.
It’s no secret that both Posh and Becks are looking fantastic at 50 and 49 respectively, and diet’s got a lot to do with it.
While former football star David is a self-confessed foodie, he said he struggles with Victoria’s diligence where her diet is concerned.

Speaking on the River Cafe Table 4 podcast in 2022, he said: "I get quite emotional about food and wine, when I'm eating something great I want everyone to try it.
"Unfortunately I'm married to someone that has eaten the same thing for the last 25 years.
"Since I met her she only eats grilled fish, steamed vegetables. She will very rarely deviate from that.
"The only time she's probably ever shared something that's been on my plate was actually when she was pregnant with Harper and it was the most amazing thing.
"It was one of my favourite evenings. I can't remember what it was but I know she's not eaten it since."
Grilled fish and steamed vegetables is certainly a nutrition-rich and low-carb meal, but it would take some real commitment to scarf that down every single day for a quarter-century.
In response, Posh came out to defend the routine.
"I mean, talk about making me sound boring," she told Vogue Australia back in 2022.
"No. What he meant is that he's never met anyone who is more disciplined with the way that they eat.
"I eat lots of healthy fat: fish, avocado, nuts, that sort of thing. I do drink alcohol, unless I have a reason not to.
"I'll detox from anything for three to six months where I won't drink. I'm quite extreme in anything I do, whether it's eating or working out or drinking or not drinking."
She also spoke to Grazia magazine about it more recently, saying: "This is how I look. I’m going to make the best of it, work hard at it.
"I’m very disciplined with the way that I eat, the way that I work out and the way I work. That’s just who I am."
Long held as one of the world’s most famous couples, David and Victoria remain happily married and have three children together.
"Happy birthday David,” she posted on her Instagram page for Becks’ 49th birthday. “I love us getting really old together! You aren’t far behind me!!!! You are our everything!!!! The best daddy and husband we all love u so so much xxxxx."
