When it comes to meals, many people agree that breakfast is the most important one.
So when fitness influencer Bill Maeda said that he has one breakfast which he won't 'leave the house without', it must be a good one.
Maeda became an online sensation during Covid with his fitness videos, and has dedicated his time to performing astonishing feats of fitness and strength, building up some 2.3 million followers on Instagram.
If you want to see someone deadlift 135lbs with their teeth, then Maeda is the person for you!
Now, the 56-year-old has opened up about his daily diet, including the one thing that he likes to have for breakfast every day.

Speaking to GQ, Maeda revealed that while his other meals can vary widely, breakfast is always the same.
And as is often the case, the recipe is deceptively simple.
He said: "Every day for years and years, I scrambled three eggs with white rice and butter—I don’t leave the house without that."
Scrambled eggs, white rice, a little butter. Easy.
Maeda also opened up about the impact of having stage 3 colon cancer back in 2012, saying that since having surgery, fruit and veg can leave him unsettled.
"I don’t eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. I try to," he said.
"I had colon cancer about 13 years ago, so I got my colon removed and I got a bunch of chemotherapy, and since then vegetables don’t seem to really sit well with me, and that’s okay.
"I don’t feel like that’s having a negative effect. I feel, in some ways, better."

Most importantly, Maeda says that he tries to keep his brain as well as his muscles sharp.
And while he claims to have experimented with every diet out there, Maeda now says that he feels as though people need to 'enjoy life'.
That means not denying yourself a treat now and then.
He said: “It’s okay if you have chips, ice cream, or whatever. I believe people should live and enjoy life a little.”
The trainer also stressed the importance of understanding what is best for you.
Ultimately, everyone is a bit different and what works for one person may not work for someone else.
As for himself, he said: "I feel like I can practice a more conventional and not very strict diet, due to my unusual metabolism and also my lifestyle factors."
Maeda explained that he believes not having to work a desk-based job has been a big factor in this, as his work as a trainer has kept him consistently active.
