Maccies fans, rejoice: an all-time favourite is making a comeback.
The fast food giant has announced a new menu ready for summer 2025, with a few exciting additions and some pained goodbyes to departing delicacies.
As of May 7th 2025, the Steakhouse Stack is making a long-awaited return. It proved a major hit the last time it graced your local McDonaldâs, with fans taking to social media to rave about it.
âJust tried the @McDonaldsUK Steakhouse Stack what a great burger nice to have something new to try every now and then!â said one X user.

Another gushed: âHad a steakhouse stack from McDonald's the other day. It has #revolutionised my life.â
âThe Steakhouse Stack is probably my new favourite McDonalds burger,â noted another satisfied customer.
The Steakhouse Stack is available from ÂŁ5.99 for the standalone burger, although of course you can bundle it into a meal too. It features two 100% British and Irish beef patties, a slice of cheddar, crispy onions, red onion, lettuce leaves and a black peppercorn sauce garnish. Lip-smacking to say the least.
Unfortunately, Ronald giveth and he taketh away. Hereâs a rundown of the menu items that are bowing out as we head into the summer.

Minecraft Meal

The movie tie-in Happy Meal, complete with six collectible toys, is no longer available.

The Happy Meal was actually designed with adults in mind, with an âadultâ Happy Meal priced at ÂŁ8.19 while the kidsâ version came in at ÂŁ3.99.
Mars McFlurry

Thereâs no shortage of McFlurry options, but sadly weâre saying goodbye to the Mars Bar-oriented one. Oreo, Maltesers and Smarties are here to stay, and a Biscoff option has rolled into town to replace the Mars.
Philly Cheese Stack

This town ainât big enough for two steak-inspired burgers, and so weâre waving goodbye to the Philly Cheese Stack burger.
Inspired by the classic Philly Cheesesteak, this one also featured two beef patties, melted cheese, crispy onions, pickles and a cheese sauce for ÂŁ6.99. Hopefully itâs âsee you laterâ rather than âgoodbyeâ.
McCrispy BBQ Smokehouse

There are plenty of chicken burger options at McDonaldâs, so at least there are other delicious options to go for now weâre being deprived of the McCrispy BBQ Smokehouse.
This one featured a crispy-coated chicken breast, cheddar, red onion, lettuce and BBQ sauce in a sesame sourdough-style bun.
Raspberry and White Chocolate Pie

This riff on and old classic is also making way for the new menu items. Priced at ÂŁ1.99, this is a rasperry and white chocolate variant of the apple piece that was introduced as Valentineâs special.
What else can say âloveâ quite like a pink, deep-fried roll of sugar?
What's new at Maccies?
Along with the Steakhouse Stack, there are a few more incoming menu items to salivate over.
First is the aforementioned Biscoff McFlurry making a comeback a year after it last left stores, priced at ÂŁ2.29 for the regular and ÂŁ1.69 for the mini. Thereâs also a Biscoff Frappe on the cards, with the drink available for ÂŁ3.09.
A refreshing blast has also entered the fray in the shape of the Frozen Cherry Lemonade. This iced drink will be a delicious way to stave off the summer heat, and itâs only ÂŁ2.99.
Finally, thereâs a Frankâs RedHot collaboration on the menu thatâs spawned a few extra options. One is the McSpicy X Frank's RedHot burger, consisting of a hot and crispy chicken breast, cheese, lettuce, Emmental, jalapeĂąos, onions, and a dollop of Frankâs RedHot Mayo for ÂŁ5.99.
The mayo is also available separately for all your dunking needs.
