Following its prestigious Academy Award scoop, KPop Demon Hunters has officially landed at McDonald’s with new movie-themed menu items inspired by the Netflix favourite.

It’s unbelievable to think that it’s only been nine months since the Sony Pictures Animation film was released.

136 award wins, ‘Golden’ reaching the number one spot on the Billboard Hot 100 and Global 200, and a Fortnite collaboration later - Rumi, Mira, and Zoey front McDonald’s latest campaign.

The three central KPop Demon Hunters characters are the faces of the adult-friendly HUNTR/X Happy Meal, while their film rivals, The Saja Boys, adorn a breakfast box.

Both meals will feature ‘exclusive photocards that unlock first-access content for a limited time’ and bring ‘flavors from McDonald's restaurants in South Korea, connecting fans to the film through taste’, according to an official press release.

The KPop Demon Hunters-themed McDonald’s meals are available from 31 March in the United States.

HUNTR/X adult McDonald’s meal

Everyone’s favourite girl-power, demon-busting trio take centre stage at McDonald’s from 11am onwards.

As well as a 10-pc Chicken McNuggets box and a medium soft drink, the HUNTR/X adult McDonald’s comes with three unique menu items.

The first is Ramyeon McShake Fries, inspired by the instant noodle snack the KPop Demon Hunters’ chow down on in the film.

Described as ‘a spicy, umami spin’ on the chips, the McShake Fries feature soy, garlic, sesame and spice seasoning that can be sprinkled on to match your flavour desire.

Both the McChicken Nuggets and the McShake Fries can be dipped into two different sauces: sweet chilli Hunter Sauce and a bold, purple mustard pot known as Demon Sauce.

Every HUNTR/X McDonald’s meal comes with an exclusive photocard and a Derpy access card that will unlock ‘exclusive content and a special reveal of the group that wins the Battle for the Fans’.

Saja Boys adult McDonald’s meal

If breakfast is more your style, then the Saja Boys McDonald’s meal should be right up your street.

The five-member demon boy group may be the secondary antagonists of the Netflix hit, but for many, they’re the stars of the show.

For a limited time, fans can grab the Saja Boys breakfast meal, consisting of a Spicy Saja McMuffin, crispy Hash Browns and a small soft ‘soda pop’ drink.

The new menu item, inspired by the fire of Gwi-Ma, consists of a Sausage McMuffin with egg, topped with a peppery Saja sauce.

Like the HUNTR/X meal, the Saja Boys meal - available prior to 11am - comes with an exclusive photocard and a Derpy access card.

If you fancy a McDonald’s sweet treat, then say hello to the new Derpy McFlurry.

Inspired by KPop Demon Hunters’ lovable, clumsy supernatural Derpy Tiger, the soft serve ice cream pot features berry popping pearls with a swirl of wild berry sauce.

“Just like Derpy Tiger, it’s impossible not to love, no matter which side you pick,” the fast-food institution stated.

Nab yours from 31 March. But remember - once it’s gone, it’s gone!
