Donald Trump has created his own menu item from McDonald's by combining two items together, creating an unexpected mashup.
The US president is known for his fondness of food from the fast food giant, famously serving McDonald's to visiting dignitaries.
Trump may be teetotal, but his diet is famously a long way from anything you might refer to as healthy.
Many reports have told of Trump's diet consisting of burgers and fried chicken, as well as having a button he could press for someone to bring him a Diet Coke.

But it seems that now Trump may even combine some of his favourite foods together into a fast food creation of Frankenstinian proportions.
Trump's ally Joe Gruters, the Republican National Committee chair, recalled a strange moment on the 2024 campaign trail.

This included Trump combining two McDonald's burgers together.

“When I was with him, he had hot fries waiting for him from McDonald’s,” Gruters said on the Chambers, Changes, and Conversations podcast. “I got my fries at my chair, but he had his handed to him right when he got on the plane."
Recalling the bizarre moment, he said: “Then he had a Filet-o-Fish, a Quarter Pounder, a Big Mac, and I think he combined two of them.
“I had two of the sandwiches and I was as sick as a dog for 24 hours, but I did enjoy it."
It's not precisely clear which of the two sandwiches that Trump combined together.

Possibly he mixed the Filet-o-Fish with one of the beef burgers in a fast food take on Surf 'n' Turf.
It could also be that one beef burger at a time simply wasn't enough so he combined the two together to create a 'Quarter Mac', or a 'Big Pounder'.

McDonald's is not the extent of Trump's diet though, with the president also frequently eating Kentucky Fried Chicken.

Trump's former campaign advisors Corey Lewandowski and David Bossie have even alluded to the president's 'four basic food groups' - McDonald’s, Kentucky Fried Chicken, pizza, and Diet Coke.
Diet Coke is a particular feature for Trump, with the New York Times reporting that he consumed as many as 12 cans of the stuff a day.
When he's not eating one of the four 'food groups', one report also claimed that Trump had a fondness for steak served in a way guaranteed to make any self-respecting chef weep - well done, with ketchup.
Trump former butler at Mar-a-Lago Tony Senecal revealed he liked his meat 'overcooked' and 'no garbage with it', with 'garbage' here referring to vegetables, garnishes, and sauces.
