Once a month, a steakhouse in the United States hosts a risqué yet totally legal experience for diners who wish to explore culinary delights in their birthday suits.
Nudist beaches and nudist cruises, where attendees are expected to enjoy nature, sunbathe, and swim without clothes, are insanely popular, as is naked hiking and walking, and other recreational activities, such as bicycling and even tennis.
Now, naturists - people who practice non-sexual social nudity as part of a body-positive lifestyle - can descend on a Florida restaurant every month to take part in an official Nude Dining Experience.
The divisive event is held at CLASS Soirée Steakhouse in Hollywood - 21 miles from Miami - and is designed to allow people to feel ‘fancy and have themselves an upscale meal’ whilst completely in the nude.

Tickets for the next experience on 7 September are currenly on sale via Eventbrite.
The official listing promises guests ‘an evening of connection, community & fine dining’. Guests can expect an intimate experience with a private chef, with culinary experts presenting them with a five-star steakhouse dinner.
The event overview reads: “Ready for a fun twist on dinner? Our Nude Dining Experience is an in-person event where you can relax, connect, and enjoy delicious food completely au naturel. It's all about embracing freedom, good vibes, and great company. Come as you are and make memories that'll last a lifetime!”
If you fancy attending but don’t want to drink champagne with your body on display, then good news: robes are also in case you want to cover up.

Speaking about the unique experience, Maurad Ali, the steakhouse’s owner and chef, told WPLG that he came up with the idea to generate new business and publicity for his eatery.
“Once you walk through the door, I’ll most likely be nude, no clothes on, so when you come in you do feel more comfortable,” said hostess Tashaeba Hart.
When asked about the legality of the event, Joann Hussey, a spokesperson for the city of Hollywood, said it was allowed because staff members would be clothed, as per WPLG.
Tickets for the next nude dining experience start from $173.22 for women and $287.41 for men on Eventbrite. Couples can purchase tickets for $344.50.
According to the Sun Sentinel, another local outlet, this month’s event saw guests chowing down on grass-fed filet mignon and Florida lobster tail.

The menu also featured vegetable spring rolls, truffle mac ‘n’ cheese and French-style mashed potatoes.
In terms of sweet stuff, customers enjoyed beignets and ice cream.
“You’d think [with] a concept as risqué as this that the main attraction is nakedness, but for us it’s the food,” Ali told the publication.
“We want people to feel fancy and have themselves an upscale meal.”
