Denise Richards, a former Bond girl who appeared in The World is Not Enough alongside Pierce Brosnan, starred in Two and a Half Men with ex-husband Charlie Sheen, and a New York Times bestselling author, is in the midst of divorce proceedings with estranged husband Aaron Phypers.
Phypers, 52, reportedly filed for divorce from Richards, 54 on 7 July 2025, citing ‘irreconcilable differences’ following seven years of marriage.
In court documents seen by People, Phypers claimed he has ‘not made income’ after having ‘had to close down’ his Quantum 360 Club wellness company last year. Along with that, he claimed that Richards earns over $250,000 (£184,000) a month via OnlyFans, ongoing TV appearances, brand endorsements and other celebrity activities.

The documents detail that a not-insubstantial amount of that income goes into food, with the estranged couple allegedly having spent $15,000 (£11,000) a month on meals out along with $10,000 (£7,360) a month on groceries and household goods.
Those are some big figures on the grub front, and that’s just one part of the alleged monthly expenditure. Phypers also claimed that Richards spends $20,000 (£15,000) a month on clothes, and that they pay $18,000 a month on rent.
Along with that, there’s $15,000 earmarked for entertainment, vacations and gifts, $8,000 for utility bills, $7,000 for child care, $5,000 for maintenance and repairs, $5,000 for laundry – presumably for the $20,000’s worth of new clothes – $1,500 for cars and transport, and a ludicrously huge $500 phone bill. Are these guys making interplanetary calls or something?
As to how much gets spent on life insurance, savings, investments and charitable donations, Phypers alleged a spend of $0 a month.
The court documents detail that Phypers is seeking spousal support from Richards whilst asking to maintain particular debts and assets as separately-owned. As to his assets, those include power tools, a motorcycle and sports car.
Their relationship began in 2017, and they soon married in 2018. Phypers had previously been married to Nicolette Sheridan of Desperate Housewives fame, then moving on to a Real Housewives star in Richards.

The divorce filing comes just months after an episode in which Richards said she was ‘never getting divorced again’, but sadly it seems that prophecy wasn’t to be.
