A new Doritos flavour has sent many fans into a state of disbelief at the unusual choice.
Doritos have become known as a popular snack, with the biggest flavours including ones like Cool Original, Tangy Cheese, or Chilli Heatwave.
But now the company has released a limited edition flavour in the UK as autumn begins in earnest, and it's caused some controversy.
The season in which the flavour has been released might be a clue as to why it's proven so contentious. As the leaves begin to fall many people flock to pick up their pumpkin spice lattes or other cosy autumn fare.

While the new flavour is not pumpkin spice, it's certainly close.
That's because the brand has released a gingerbread flavour of its popular snack.
If you thought that crisps were a strictly savoury food then clearly you need to think again!

News of the crisps was shared in a post on the New Foods UK Facebook page, which said: "Limited Edition Gingerbread Doritos spotted at Home Bargains."
And shockingly, several people responded that they actually liked the idea of a gingerbread flavoured crisp, with some even singing the product's praises after giving the Doritos a go.
One wrote: "Strangely works, unlike other sweet crisps I've tried in the past," while another commented: "They're delicious."
Another pointed out that they may be perfect for a certain time of year, saying: "Will get these for Christmas."

Someone else may not have been quite convinced, but were curious.
They wrote: "Might get some tonight."
But unsurprisingly there were also a lot of people who were less than convinced by the idea of a sweet crisp.

Replying to the post by New Foods UK, one said that, while Doritos are good and gingerbread is good, the idea of combining them was not so much.
They wrote: "Mmmm, love Doritos, love gingerbread but gagging at the thought of them together."
Meanwhile one person was a bit more blunt, writing simply: "Ewwww. Anything gingerbread horrible but on a Dorito."
PepsiCo, which owns Dorito's, has said that the snack tries to 'blur the lines between sweet and savoury snacking'.

Dorito's aren't the only thing that PepsiCo is flavouring with gingerbread either, with the company seemingly going wild for the flavouring over the autumn.
Another offering was the unusual gingerbread flavoured Pepsi Zero Sugar.
It sounds unusual but there's definitely more precedent for ginger flavoured drinks, think ginger beer and ginger ale, than there is for a gingerbread flavoured crisp.
Would you try gingerbread flavoured crisps?
